The terms that govern this website and the commercial cleaning, janitorial and facility services Elite Service Solutions provides, including SMS consent, billing and governing law.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Elite Service Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
Services Provided
Elite Service Solutions provides professional commercial cleaning, janitorial and facility services, to ensure businesses maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:
- You will receive SMS messages from Elite Service Solutions for service updates, appointment reminders and promotions.
- Message frequency: may vary depending on engagement.
- Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance.
Opt-In Confirmation
Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message:
"You have successfully been subscribed to messages from Elite Service Solutions. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
Opt-Out Process
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation message:
"You have now been opted-out and will receive no further messages from Elite Service Solutions. Reply START to resubscribe."
Help and Support
Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You will receive:
"For additional information, please call Elite Service Solutions at (727) 245-0123. To opt-out, reply STOP."
Privacy Protection
We do not share mobile or messaging consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your personal information is kept confidential and only used for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Billing and payments: all payments for services provided by Elite Service Solutions are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
- Refund policy: due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. Refunds will only be considered if a service was not completed as agreed upon in writing.
- If you have concerns about a service provided, please contact us immediately at (727) 245-0123 or admin@elitesvs.com.
- Late payments: late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance. If an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days, service may be suspended until payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Service Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Updates to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
