Insured and Bonded Commercial Cleaning in Tampa Bay

Insured, bonded, and staffed by W-2 employees. The documents your procurement file needs are a phone call away, usually the same day.

Most commercial cleaning contracts are decided by a procurement file before anyone meets a crew. This page is what goes in that file: what we carry, who does the work, and which documents we can send you. If you need something that is not listed here, call (727) 245-0123 and ask, because the answer is usually yes and always straight.

What we carry

General liability and workers’ compensation are both in force, and the company is bonded. Those three are what a commercial landlord, a property manager or a municipal buyer checks first, and all three can be evidenced by certificate rather than by our say-so.

You will not find coverage limits, a bond figure or a policy number on this page, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. A number published on a website is stale the day the policy renews, and a procurement reader is right to trust a current certificate over a figure typed into a web page months ago. Ask on the first call and you get the current document.

Documents we can send

Ask for any of these and our insurance representative will usually get them to you the same or the next business day. Nothing here needs a signed contract first.

Additional insured is routine, not a special request

Our policy allows it and we do it as a matter of course. Most of our commercial and property management clients require it, so it is a normal step in onboarding rather than something that has to be escalated or negotiated.

Why the employment question is an insurance question

A certificate is only worth what it covers, and what it covers is the people it names. If the crew in your building is employed by some other company, the policy that responds in a claim is that company’s, and you are relying on a chain of paperwork you never saw and did not vet.

Our core services are performed by W-2 employees, so the certificate we send you is the certificate that covers the person holding the mop. There is no second company between the cover and the work. That is why this sits on a compliance page and not only on a staffing one.

Licensing, and what to check instead

Florida requires no state license to perform commercial cleaning, so any company telling you it is "licensed" for this trade is describing a business tax receipt rather than a trade qualification. It is worth knowing, because it is the one credential in this category that sounds meaningful and is not.

The checks that do mean something are the ones above: current certificates, workers’ compensation actually in force, who employs the people who will be in your building, and whether the company will name you as additional insured. Ask those four of anyone bidding against us.

Work you can verify without asking us

We hold contracts with the City of Pinellas Park. Municipal contracts are public record, which makes them the one reference on this page you can check without taking our word for it or waiting for us to send anything.

Questions buyers ask about cover

Do you carry workers’ compensation insurance?

Yes. Workers’ compensation is in force, and the certificate can be sent alongside our general liability COI. Request both and our insurance rep will usually be able to get them to you the same or next day.

Can you add us as an additional insured?

Yes. Our policy allows it and we do it routinely; most of our commercial and property management clients require it, so this is a normal part of onboarding, not a special request.
