Facility Types We Clean

11 facility types, each with its own constraints: screening, inspection regimes, access rules, and the surfaces that decide the method.

The same cleaning work is bought very differently depending on the building. A medical practice is buying confidentiality and exposure-control awareness; a restaurant is buying inspection-readiness; a school is buying background screening before anything else. These pages describe what changes in each facility type.

Frequently asked questions

What types of businesses use commercial cleaning services?

Any building the public or a workforce moves through daily: offices, medical and dental practices, schools and childcare, warehouses, retail, gyms, restaurants, places of worship, and condominium common areas. The cleaning itself differs less between them than buyers expect. What differs is the constraint that comes with the building — uptime in a warehouse, screening around children, inspection in a kitchen, confidentiality around patient records — and that constraint is what each page below describes.

My building is not on this list. Can you still help?

Usually yes. The facility types listed here are the buildings we work in most, not a limit. Call 727-245-0123 and describe the building.

Do you service buildings like ours?

Almost certainly, and the facility pages on this site name the building types we work in most rather than the limit of what we take on. If your building is not obviously on that list, that is a reason to call rather than a reason not to: the buildings that need the most thought, meaning controlled environments, secure sites and anything with an outside auditor, are the ones where the difference between contractors actually shows.
