What the work asks for

Four things decide whether we can put somebody on a crew, and none of them is a qualification you have to go and get first.

  • Reliable transportation. Crews travel between buildings on a route, often after hours when nothing else is running.
  • The ability to pass a background check. We hold keys and alarm codes to schools, medical practices and municipal buildings, and those clients require it.
  • A valid driver's license for the roles that drive a route or tow equipment — not for all of them.
  • Authorisation to work in the United States.

What it is like to work here

We run crews across 7 Florida counties on 8 service lines, from nightly janitorial to floor care, post-construction and pressure washing.

  • Family-owned and independent, not a franchise licensee. The people who set the standards work in the Pinellas Park office, and they are the people you work for.
  • You get a route and you keep it. The same crews go back to the same buildings, so you learn your sites and the people in them instead of starting somewhere new every week.
  • Most people start on a nightly route and learn the work beside a crew lead. Nobody is expected to arrive knowing it.
  • Crew lead places are filled from the crews. Whoever trains you started where you are starting.
  • The work runs through medical practices, schools, warehouses, retail centers and municipal buildings, including a City of Pinellas Park contract held for six years.
