We are family-owned, and we have cleaned commercial buildings around Tampa Bay for twelve years. The eight people below have 97+ years of professional experience between them.

Justin Murray Chief Executive Officer
Justin owns the company and runs it. He started it as a pressure washing operation, knocking on doors, closing the work, then doing the work himself. It now covers janitorial, floor care, post-construction and window cleaning, and he has personally delivered every one of them.
Tommy Bachus Director of Operations
Tommy runs operations: the schedules, the crews, and the day-to-day delivery of the work in every building the company holds.

Bailey came to sales from teaching, and brings to it a passion for building meaningful relationships and helping others succeed. She was born in Clearwater and raised in Largo.

Kim Ross Director of Human Resources
Kim runs human resources: recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, policy and compliance, and performance management. She brings more than 25 years to it, after retiring from the Ohio Department of Public Safety following nearly 31 years in progressively responsible leadership and management roles.
Koushik Pushadapu Director of Technology
Koushik leads the company’s technology initiatives, with a focus on innovation, efficiency and scalable solutions. He oversees technology strategy and implementation, working closely with teams to improve processes, strengthen operations and support business growth.
Jose Santiago Day Operations Coordinator
Jose runs the daytime half of the schedule. His focus is customer satisfaction, consistent service standards, and the crew coordination that keeps a team performing while a building is still in use.
Yairelis Diaz Night Operations Coordinator
Yairelis was born in Cuba. She runs the overnight schedule: crews in after a building empties, and a floor finished before the first person unlocks the door in the morning.
Lisette Leon Night Operations Coordinator
Lisette coordinates night operations, with a background across commercial cleaning, hospitality and logistics management. Her work covers team leadership, operational oversight, quality control and client communication, in both English and Spanish. She was born in Cuba.

Is Elite Service Solutions a franchise?
No. It is a family-owned company headquartered in Pinellas Park, and has been for twelve years. Several of the national brands operating in Tampa Bay are franchise networks, where the territory covering your building is separately owned and can change hands independently of the brand.
Who would I be dealing with day to day?
One accountable contact at the Pinellas Park office, and the same crew in your building. Consistency of crew is the single thing most cleaning relationships fail on, and it is a reasonable thing to hold any bidder to in writing. Ask on the walkthrough, or call (727) 245-0123.
Are the crews outside Pinellas County your own employees?
Beyond Pinellas, most work is carried out by crews based in the county they serve. Supervision, the contract and the point of contact stay with the Pinellas Park office. The arrangement is building-specific, so ask about yours on the walkthrough rather than take a general answer from a website.
Can I meet the owners before signing anything?
Yes, and the walkthrough is normally when it happens — we price a building after walking it rather than before, so somebody is coming to your site either way. Call (727) 245-0123 to arrange it.
What screening do the people entering my building have?
It depends on the building, and you should ask every bidder for it in writing rather than take a website’s word for it. For K-12 grounds with students present, Level 2 background screening under Florida § 1012.465 is a legal requirement for contracted personnel, whoever employs them. Tell us your requirement on the walkthrough and we will address it directly.
Does Florida require a license for a commercial cleaning company?
No. Florida has no state license for janitorial or commercial cleaning work, so "licensed" on a cleaning company's website usually means a local business tax receipt, not a credential that vetted anybody. That makes the license question the wrong filter, and three other checks the right ones: proof of insurance in force, background screening appropriate to your building, and named references you actually call. Where a real credential does exist — hood cleaning to NFPA 96, mold remediation, regulated waste — it belongs to a specialist trade, and a general cleaning company claiming it should be asked to show it.
Will the same person always clean our building?
That is how the account is built, and it is the single practical difference between us and a network that fills a shift from whoever is free. The same crew returns to your building, so nobody relearns your floor plan, your alarm code or which door sticks. People take holiday and people leave, so no honest contractor promises the identical individual every night for ever. What we will tell you is who is assigned, and you will hear about a change from us rather than notice it yourself.
Who supervises the work?
Supervision runs through our own office in Pinellas Park rather than being handed to whoever is on site. You get one accountable contact by name, and that person is reachable rather than being a queue. This is the part that quietly separates a local company from a franchise network, where the person who quoted you and the person responsible for your building can be two different firms joined by a license.
